The Telin Data Center Project in Singapore is one of the region’s most advanced high-capacity data infrastructure developments. Purpose-built to support mission-critical operations, the facility achieved Tier Ⅲ Constructed Facility certification, ensuring high levels of reliability, redundancy, and fault tolerance. Strategically positioned, it serves as a key international connectivity hub, linking major submarine cable networks and reinforcing Singapore’s status as a leading digital gateway in Asia.

Solution & Implementation
Concord Corporation executed the Electrical & Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) installation works, encompassing Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) distribution networks, bus ducts, power cabling, grounding and bonding systems, and structured cabling. All works were delivered to stringent data center construction standards, guaranteeing exceptional operational performance and long-term reliability. The project was successfully completed in 2017.
Results & Value
Concord’s work empowered the facility to become a vital link in global submarine cable networks, handling massive data flows with exceptional reliability. The project demonstrates Concord’s strong capability in delivering complex power and communication infrastructure for high-availability data centers and mission-critical facilities.
